• If you are reviewing pathology results, have multiple concerns to explore, have a complex case, or it has been more than 12 months since your last visit, please book an Extended Follow‑Up Consultation.

• For couples booking their first preconception appointment, please select the Preconception Initial Consultation.

• If you’re booking the Preconception Care Package, which includes the joint initial consultation and joint follow‑ups, please choose the Preconception Care Package Consultation.
