• If you have seen Helena within the last 12 months, please book a General Follow‑Up Consultation.

• If you are reviewing pathology results or it has been more than 12 months since your last appointment, please book an Extended Follow‑Up Consultation.

• For a first‑time initial preconception appointment only for couples, book the Preconception Initial Consultation.

• If you’re booking the Preconception Care Package, which includes the joint initial consultation and joint follow‑ups within the package price, please book the Preconception Care Package Consultation.
